Measurements on the Website
All of your weight measurements are displayed on the weight chart of the progress page. By moving the mouse over the chart you can view each value in detail. Your initial and current weight is also displayed above the chart, so it's easy to see your progress.
If you don't see your last measurment after your eScale has switched off, you should reload the progress page. If it's still not there, there are two possible reasons:
- There was too much difference between your last measurement and the one before. We filter your results, so if someone else tries your eScale, their weight doesn't show up on your chart. You can make sure that you have the right weights recorded at the measurements page.
- Your eScale couldn't send the results. Please review the troubleshooting section below, to learn more about possible causes.
Troubleshooting
The following error messages may appear on the eScale's display:

Your eScale could not set itself to zero or could not measure your weight accurately. Please make sure that your eScale is on hard, level surface. Try to stay still during measurements for the most accurate results.

Replace the batteries. You will need six AA batteries. Your eScale must be used with high-quality alkaline batteries. Our tests show that Duracell batteries are one of the best.

There is no GSM reception where your eScale is. Try moving it to another location in your home to improve signal quality. Avoid placing your eScale in rooms below the ground or where you experience bad reception with your mobile phone.

Your eScale could not send the measurement. Please try again later. You don't have to worry, all your measurements are preserved, so when you try again, they will all be sent automatically.
